What conditions do goods need to be in for return?
Items being returned need to be unused, in their original packaging and be in a saleable condition. Please ensure you package the item carefully to avoid any damage in transit back to us. We advice you use an insured postage method as we cannot refund or replace items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition. If the item being returned is due to being faulty, please contact us as we will arrange for a FREE collection of the item. 
What about my statutory cancellation rights?
Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. They do not affect any cancellation right you may have under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (the so-called "Distance Selling Regulations") or any of your other statutory rights.
When should I expect my refund?
We will refund your order (less original delivery charges) within 5 working days upon receiving the goods back to us in the condition outlined above. We will always refund 
your order in the same payment method that we originally received. If the item does not need returning, we will organise your refund once we have received relevant
