E-Commerce Web Administrator

Up to 40 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity available within our growing Online/Website department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person.
Suitable for an individual with good computer  skills and customer service experience.

Job Overview
The E-Commerce Web Administrator will be responsible for maintaining products on the website, ensuring they are effectively represented and creating images and data for new products.

You would also assist with the Customer service role within the online department.
The E-Commerce department is at an exciting period and we are looking for someone to help grow this important area of the business.
Basic skills using Photoshop and Excel are essential for this role.
In addition, those with a knowledge of front-end web development such as HTML, will also be a strong asset to the team.
You should have a high standard of the English language, as you will be required to edit content
Hourly rate based on experience.

Job Roles:
Web Content Administrator:
Adding, editing and updating products, including images and descriptions.

Liaise across departments to ensure that new brands, ranges, colours and styles are added to the websites.
Uploading data to SEO campaigns to help drive traffic and overall conversion on the eCommerce site.
Liaise across departments to ensure that livestock lists are kept up to date.
Liaise with suppliers to gather data and images required.

Customer Services:
Point of contact for customer online / telephone / chat queries.

Handling customer service queries.
Assist with order administration, order despatch.

Skills Required:
Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies.
Familiar with data management.
Skills in Photoshop and Excel.
Ability to deal with multiple issues and prioritise workloads accordingly.
Excellent organisation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work within a team.
Work well unsupervised using own initiative.
Excellent timekeeping, attendance, appearance and attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.

Additional Skill that would be desirable:
Previous experience of website or e-commerce (e.g. WordPress)
A good understanding of front end web development (HTML).
Basic understanding of Google products such as Google Shopping & Analytics.

Customer Service Team

Up to 40 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity available within our growing Online/Website department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person.
Suitable for an individual with great customer service skills and retail experience.

Job Overview
The successful candidate would work within a team, supporting customers via the telephone and emails with online purchases and enquiries.
Creating images and data for importing new products onto the website using excel and photoshop.
Working with other team members to ensure orders are despatched quickly and efficiently, to make sure customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
Processing orders though the EPos till system ensuring stock management is maintained and organising customer invoices. 

Customer Service experience is essential to this role and candidates should be confident on the phone.
Basic Photoshop & Excel knowledge is preferred .

Hourly rate based on experience.

Checkout/Till Team

Up to 40 hours per week, inclusive of weekends.

We have a new position available on our Checkout Team.
We are looking for a enthusiastic individual to join our Checkout team.
Suitable for an individual with great customer service skills and retail experience.

Job Overview:
The successful candidate would work within a team, serving customers at the till point.

Supporting customers with purchases and enquiries in store and via the telephone.
Ensuring stock is managed within the department and presented to a high standard.
Assisting staff in our Coffee shop.

Retail/Customer Service experience preferred.
Hourly rate based on experience.

Website Picker Packer

Up to 40 hours per week, inclusive of weekends.

We have a new position available within our Online Team.
We are looking for a logical and organised individual.
Applicants should fit & active and capable of heavy lifting.

Job Overview
The successful candidate would work within the team, picking and packing online orders accurately and effectively.
Process orders though the EPos till system ensuring stock management is maintained and organising customer invoices.
Despatch orders to couriers and ordering packaging supplies.
Working with other team members to ensure orders are despatched quickly and efficiently, to make sure customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
Supporting customers via the telephone and emails with online purchases and enquiries.

Attention to detail is essential to this role and candidates should be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Retail & customer service experience is preferred .
Hourly rate based on experience.
