AI Prime 16HD Reef Lighting White from D-D The Aquarium Solution

The AI Prime 16 shares the same full spectrum cluster and features as the Hydra 32 and Hydra 64, as a result the Prime will be called Prime 16HD as the new cluster incorporates 16 LEDs (+1 Moonlight) and the new TIR optic.

At 55W this small but powerful light is perfect for tanks up to 20 x 20 inches or can be used in multiples on medium aquariums.

The AI Prime® 16HD comes standard with TIR lenses giving you the best balance of power and spread.
Our lens optics are custom designed, boasting greater than 90% optical efficiency and including a diffuse exit surface to provide improved colour blending.

With a spread of 24? x 24?, the AI Prime® 16HD has a peak PAR of 100µMol at a depth of 24 inches, perfect for the small to medium reef tank.
Drawing a maximum of 55 watts from the wall, it follows in the family’s efficient footsteps.

By coupling HD technology with the latest TIR colour blending lenses we can direct all of the light into the aquarium, exactly where it is needed, providing optimum PAR with minimal light loss or annoying glare for the observer.

Control on the ,lights will use the existing myAI app which his free, simple and very quick to program offering onsite direct BLE connection through your smart mobile device.
Additional control options may become available for the new generation Prime and Hydras over time.
