The heat & UV resistant 5kv E27 (EU) 4kv E26 (NA) pulse rated ceramic socket accommodates a Daytime Basking Spot, Night Heat Bulb, all-in-one Mercury Vapor Bulb, Ceramic Heater, or Carbon Heat Projector up to 160W.
With a diameter of 14 cm (5.5 inches) and a height of 20.5 cm (8 inches), the Heat Guard accommodates bulbs up to 13.5 cm (5.3 inches) in total length, including the socket.
