It Restores a natural organic balance to your aquarium and immediately removes nitrogenous waste (Ammonia and Nitrate).
Contains live Chemolithotrophic and Autotrophic bacteria to provide a proper inorganic balance and is a natural product which prevents bio-fouling.
The Bio-Active Reef Sand also contains more than 10,000,000 Heterotrophic bacteria per pound.

Recommended Uses:
Use a minimum of 1 Litreb Bio-Activ Live Aragonite Live Sand per gallon of saltwater.
Set up an appropriate filtering system and allow it to circulate.
During the first month introduce no more than 1″ of fish per 5 gallon saltwater.
